Availability of information
The provider undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information at all times: company identity, contact addresses, essential characteristics of the goods or services, availability of products, terms of delivery of the product or performance of the service, all prices clearly and unambiguously determined, method of payment and delivery, time validity of the offer, the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal and the explained procedure in the event of a complaint, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.

Validity of the offer
The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. All prices include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time, the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory. If the product is not in stock, the price may change, and the provider will notify the customer.
1. After placing an order, the buyer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. After this step, the buyer has the possibility to cancel the order within one hour.
2. The order is confirmed. If the Buyer does not cancel the order, the order is processed further, at which time the Supplier reviews the order, checks the deliverability of the items ordered and confirms or rejects the order with a reason. The Provider may call the Buyer on the Buyer's contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the Supplier shall inform the Buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery date. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the Buyer and the Provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage and the Provider accepts no liability for any damages resulting from longer delivery times.
3. The Supplier prepares and dispatch the Goods within the agreed time limit and shall notify the Buyer thereof by e-mail. In the aforementioned e-mail, the Supplier shall also inform the Buyer of the return policy, where to go in the event of a delay in delivery and where to go in the event of a complaint.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing within 14 days, without having to give a reason for his/her decision, by sending a written notice to the company at the following contact e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org The consumer must then return the goods to the company within 14 days of the written notice of withdrawal, bearing the direct costs of the return himself/herself. The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if the diminution in value is the result of handling which is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. A copy of the order and the invoice must be attached. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. The supplier shall reimburse the purchase price immediately or, at the latest, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, reimburse all payments received.
In the case of sales contracts, the undertaking may withhold the reimbursement of payments received until the consumer has taken delivery of the returned goods or until the consumer has provided proof that he has sent the goods back, unless the undertaking offers the option of taking delivery of the returned goods himself.
Delivery times are expressed in a number of working days and are a minimum of 10 days from the date of the order, usually the next day if the order is placed by 10.00.
The supplier must deliver the goods within the promised time. Delivery for the Kgz Ribnica online shop is carried out by DPD d.o.o. - parcel and courier distribution.
The Provider uses appropriate technological and organisational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data, orders and payments. The text of the contract - invoice will be kept and will be accessible to the customer at our company.
Complaints and disputes
